Liberty Slots (also referred to as "Liberty Slots", "we", "us", "our", or "the Casino") provides online gaming services to registered users under the conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Liberty Slots does not permit access, registration, or participation from users located in certain jurisdictions. The following locations are blocked and any account found to be accessing from them may be suspended or terminated:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom (including overseas territories), Netherlands (including Antilles/Curacao), France (including Polynesia, Guiana, and Southern Territories), Austria, Panama, Antigua, Belgium, Russia, and Belarus.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are not accessing the Casino from a restricted region.
4. Purpose of Use
The Casino is intended exclusively for personal entertainment. All accounts and gameplay must be non-commercial in nature. Use of the platform for team play, coordinated strategies, automated tools, or professional gain is strictly prohibited. By participating, you confirm that your activities are recreational and not related to professional gambling or any form of business.
5. Account Setup
When registering with Liberty Slots, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, physical address (no PO boxes), phone number, and payment method. We may use this data to verify your identity and to comply with regulatory requirements, including source of funds or wealth checks. If your information is found to be false or outdated, your account may be limited, suspended, or closed.
6. Login and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared or disclosed to anyone. All activity under your account is your responsibility, and any unauthorized access, whether by family members, friends, or others, is a breach of these Terms. Liberty Slots is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
7. Identification Verification
We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, source of funds, and payment method ownership. You agree that withdrawals will not be processed until all required documents have been received and verified. Failure to comply with verification may result in account suspension or cancellation of pending payouts.
8. Deposit Handling
All deposits must originate from accounts held in your name. Transactions from third-party credit cards, e-wallets, or payment systems are not permitted. Upon withdrawal, documentation showing proof of ownership of the deposit method may be required. Any deposits made using methods not matching your account registration will be reversed and may result in account closure.
9. Wagering Deposits
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once before they are eligible for withdrawal. If a withdrawal is requested without meeting this minimum wagering requirement, it may be declined or reversed. The Casino reserves the right to monitor deposit activity to ensure compliance.
10. Game Access Rules
Valid wagers must be placed only via Liberty Slots' approved web or client software interfaces. Any attempt to place bets through unauthorized tools, scripts, or automation software will result in immediate account suspension and voiding of winnings. The Casino reserves the right to audit all gameplay for irregular patterns or software manipulation.
11. Account Usage
Only one active account per user is permitted. Winnings will be paid only to users with a single registered account. If it is determined that a player has created or is using multiple accounts, any associated winnings may be forfeited unless expressly authorized by Liberty Slots.
Each account must be used solely by the registered individual. Access by any other person, whether authorized or not, is a breach of these Terms. Players are prohibited from accessing accounts on behalf of others or allowing others to play under their credentials. Any such activity may lead to forfeiture of funds and permanent exclusion from the Casino.
12. Background Checks
By registering for an account, you consent to Liberty Slots verifying your personal details using third-party databases. These checks may include validation of identity, address, payment methods, and creditworthiness. Such checks are conducted to ensure regulatory compliance and to maintain platform integrity.
13. Gameplay Integrity
Players may not use bots, automation, macros, or other programs designed to manipulate or influence game outcomes. Attempting to gain an unfair advantage—whether through software, coordinated play, or probing the platform—is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
14. Mistaken Credits
If your account is credited with funds, winnings, or balances due to any error or malfunction, such amounts are not considered valid and must be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, errors arising from game software, hardware failures, random number generators (RNG), internet connectivity, or payment processing systems. Any wagers placed or winnings generated from such errors or malfunctions will be declared void and removed from your account. Liberty Slots reserves the right to adjust balances accordingly and recover any such funds.
15. Technical Interruptions
The Casino is not liable for interruptions, data loss, or errors caused by internet disconnections, browser crashes, or other technical failures beyond our control. Players assume the risk of system-related malfunctions and agree that Liberty Slots will resolve disputes based solely on server-side data and logs.
16. Game Results
Game outcomes are determined by Liberty Slots’ server records. In the event of a discrepancy between the game interface and server log, the server log will be considered final. Any displayed outcomes that conflict with server data will not be honored.
17. Conflict Resolution
If you believe a game error or dispute has occurred, contact customer support promptly. All such disputes will be resolved based on internal records and game logs. Liberty Slots reserves the right to issue final determinations at its sole discretion.
18. Tournament Expiry
Casino tournaments conclude at the exact published time. Any rounds or spins in progress at the cutoff will be cancelled. No winnings will be granted for unfinished gameplay beyond the advertised end time.
19. Bonus Misuse
To withdraw funds linked to a bonus, all stated playthrough requirements must be met. If a player attempts to withdraw before completing these requirements, the request will be denied, and the bonus balance may be forfeited. Additionally, in cases where a bonus is used without any cash deposit, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn is $150. Any amount above that will be removed.
20. Platform Access Control
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Casino for any user, particularly those from blocked jurisdictions or exhibiting behavior deemed harmful to the platform. This may include suspected bonus abuse, fraud, or regulatory concerns.
21. Termination Criteria
Liberty Slots reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion. In such cases, any funds in your account at the time of termination may be returned at our option, subject to verification and applicable rules. Additionally, we may void winnings and return only your original deposit in the following situations:
• You fail to verify your identity or provide required documentation,
• Deposits are made using methods not owned or authorized by you,
• You provide false, misleading, or incomplete registration details,
• You are under the legal age or access the Casino from a restricted jurisdiction,
• You permit another individual to use your account or act on your behalf,
• You withdraw promotional funds before meeting the stated requirements,
• You use bots, scripts, or any automated or deceptive systems to gain an advantage,
• You are flagged for promotion abuse or breach bonus conditions,
• You violate any representation, warranty, or rule contained in these Terms.
Accounts failing to demonstrate individual, non-commercial use will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.

22. Inactive Accounts
If there is no login recorded in an account for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, the account will be deemed inactive. For security, financial accounting, and customer protection, any real cash balance in said account will be automatically voided and removed. Any real cash balance funds that were deducted as a result of the account being deemed inactive may be reinstated at the request of the authorized account holder with no penalty.
23. Payment Disputes
If any deposit is reversed, disputed, or charged back, Liberty Slots reserves the right to cancel bonuses, withhold payouts, and seek reimbursement for losses. Any pending withdrawals may be blocked while the issue is resolved. Fraudulent activity related to payment methods may result in permanent account closure.
24. Publicity Consent
By accepting a prize or bonus, you agree that Liberty Slots may use your first name, username, or initials for promotional purposes. You may opt out by contacting support, provided such publicity is not required by local regulation.
25. Withdrawal Framework
The minimum amount for withdrawal is $100, based on your selected payment method. The maximum amount that may be withdrawn in a single week is $5,000. If your total approved withdrawal exceeds this limit, it will be divided into smaller portions—none exceeding $5,000—and issued in consecutive weekly payments until the total amount has been paid.
Initial withdrawal requests and any changes to payment details are subject to internal and payment processor reviews. This review may take up to 5 business days, during which you will be notified of the processing date via email.
While we aim to process all withdrawals efficiently, external factors—such as bank policies, holidays, and verification delays—may impact the timing of your payment. Liberty Slots is not responsible for delays beyond our control but will make every effort to inform you if they occur.
26. Payment Delays
Withdrawals may be delayed due to processor restrictions, pending verification, or banking holidays. Liberty Slots strives to process payments promptly and will notify you via email if delays occur. Your cooperation in providing documents expedites this process.
27. Game Materials
All software, visuals, logos, and related game content are owned by Liberty Slots and protected by intellectual property laws. Use of these assets outside of the Casino platform is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
28. Staff Participation
Employees of Liberty Slots, as well as their immediate family members or household residents, are prohibited from registering for accounts, placing wagers, or participating in any Casino promotions. This restriction ensures fairness and prevents potential conflicts of interest.
29. Indemnity Clause
By using the Casino, you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Liberty Slots, its employees, partners, affiliates, and licensors against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:
• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions,
• Misuse of the Casino or its services,
• Unauthorized or illegal activity conducted via your account,
• Disputes involving third parties arising from your actions on the platform.
This indemnification applies to any legal proceedings, losses, or regulatory actions stemming from your conduct.
30. Liability for Legal Disputes
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liberty Slots, its employees, affiliates, and associated parties from any liabilities, costs, or damages arising from your use of the Casino. This includes legal actions brought against or by you due to your interaction with the Casino, whether directly or indirectly.
This indemnity applies in particular to claims resulting from:
• The violation of any laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling,
• Use of your account for unlawful activities,
• Disputes over tax obligations or legal compliance related to your gameplay,
• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
It is solely your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your region. Liberty Slots assumes no legal responsibility for your use of the platform in jurisdictions where it may be prohibited or restricted.
31. Customer Support
Customer support may provide general information and assistance. However, any statements made by support representatives are not legally binding and do not override the rules and procedures outlined in these Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, the written policies available on the Casino website take precedence.
32. Conduct Rules
Any offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication directed toward Casino staff or other users will result in disciplinary action. This may include a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the behavior. Inappropriate usernames, player IDs, or chat messages will also be moderated or removed.
33. External Content
Liberty Slots is not responsible for the accuracy, origin, or implications of third-party messages, emails, promotions, or websites claiming association with the Casino. Players are encouraged to verify any external communication before acting on it. Misleading or fraudulent messages from outside sources do not bind the Casino to any offers or obligations.
34. Entire Agreement and Modifications
These Terms and Conditions constitute the full and exclusive agreement between you and Liberty Slots regarding your use of the platform. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Casino website, and continued use of the platform following changes will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All services are offered “as is.” Liberty Slots makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, game performance, or the suitability of the Casino for your intended purpose. We disclaim liability for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including losses caused by technical failures, delays, or third-party disruptions.
